I'm getting an error message that the email is missing and I should report the error
Q: When I try to send out a referral message, I get the following error ' This talent doesn't have email. Please report error and our developers will fix the issue.' How do I report the issue?

A: To obtain the email, simply click out of the message, hover over the candidate card and click the bullhorn icon in the top right corner.

From there, you can check email address and type 'missing email' in the notes field.
