Q: When I click on the email to review and approve candidates, I see "You have no intro requests." Why?
Example message "You have no intro requests."
A: There are three reasons why this can occur.
- You have already acted on the requests directly from the Teamable dashboard or previously via email.
- The job has been archived before you clicked the link so no further action is required. This can occur if the recruiting team has changed or filled the position.
- You are logged into the wrong account
- To check for this, click on the image in the top right corner, log out and log back in again.
