How to Edit a Template on Teamable

You can now edit templates if you are the owner of the job.  You can also provide access to colleagues by changing the Template Owner.

  1. Log in to your Teamable Account

  1. Go to Account Settings and Click SETTINGS

  1. Choose TEMPLATES from the bar

  1. Click EDIT to edit the Message From Employee to Prospect

  1. Now you can make changes to the template (e.g., change the Subject)

  1. Choose “Apply to all jobs” if you want the edited template to apply to all jobs. Otherwise, it will be applied only to jobs where this template was edited.

  1. Click SAVE to save your changes.
