You can now edit templates if you are the owner of the job. You can also provide access to colleagues by changing the Template Owner.
- Log in to your Teamable Account
- Go to Account Settings and Click SETTINGS
- Choose TEMPLATES from the bar
- Click EDIT to edit the Message From Employee to Prospect
- Now you can make changes to the template (e.g., change the Subject)
- Choose “Apply to all jobs” if you want the edited template to apply to all jobs. Otherwise, it will be applied only to jobs where this template was edited.
- Click SAVE to save your changes.
